Now that the academic year is starting again, the limited training offer of the past will come to an end 2 months and ELS will be running at full speed again. The week of 3 up to and including 7 We have organized September as an introduction week. This means that you participate in all ELS training courses CAN without being a member to get to know us. Of course, you can decide for yourself which training sessions you go to and you don't have to go to all of them.
Tuesday 4 september
- Droogtraining (bootcamp) 18:30 – 20:00, gather at the rear football fields at Sports and Culture (Near a small lawn with 3 trees on it).
On During the dry training we skate on dry land, as it were. Lots of balance, technique- and strength exercises for the legs as well as running and some core stability. The ultimate training to stay fit! For this you only need sportswear and sports shoes.

Eating after Dry Training: 20:00 – 22:00, On the boat the Corbulo, The New Port 5.
After the dry training we eat together on the Corbulo. Here a group of ELSers cook for the rest. Come have fun (one free!) join us for dinner and a beer! Respond to this email if we also need to prepare a plate for you.
Wednesday 5 september
- Roller skating 18:30 – 20:00, 17:50 gather at the Oostpoortbrug.
Enjoy skating on the Nootdorp track. We cycle here together in fifteen minutes from Delft. All skates are fine, but a helmet is mandatory. You might be able to borrow both from members. All you have to do is respond to this email.
Thursday 6 september
- Skating-specific cycling training 18:30 – 20:00, 18:15 gather in front of the entrance of Sports and Culture.
Cycling can certainly be skate-specific! Come see what it's like! A racing bike and helmet are mandatory.
- BorrELS from 21:00 in café Willie Wort, Kromstraat 39A.
Once every two weeks we have drinks in our Willie Wort pub. Here there are refrigerators full of specialty beer, there are always bitterballen and it's just great fun. If you want an impression of ELS, this is the place!
