After a whole summer train (Coffee rounds also count) Is it Sunday 21 september Time again for theEls Summer Club Championships.For the last time, go on the running, skeeler-, Or bicycle part. The club championships will also take place this year on the Spartaan cycling course in Rijswijk 14:00 until 17:00.
This year there will be again 6 components, distributed over 3 disciplines:
- Running sprint: 60m
- Running long distance: 3000m
- Cycling sprint: Small round with bump
- Cycling long distance: 20 min + 3 lap
- Inline Sprint: Small round with bump
- Sales of long distance: 15 min + 1 round rate
You can register for individual parts or participate in everything. At the end of the day, a rankings will be made with the participants who are on all 6 The parts participated. Afterwards, the winners of the rankings will be honored. And to close the CK we will end the day with pizza!
