Come and see us! The summer training sessions will soon be open to everyone for two weeks! And if you register now, you only have to pay half of the contribution for the rest of the academic year, that's just 20 euro!
Are you already a member and would you like to introduce others to ELS?? Then invite them to the intro training!
Our training sessions are open to everyone in these two weeks: 7 – 11 april and 21- 25 april. An overview of these training sessions are shown below.

Tuesday 8 and 22 april Droogtraining (bootcamp), 18:30 – 20:00 In addition to the beach volleyball fields on X.
With the `droogtraining' we try to mimic skating on dry land. Lots of balance, technique- and strength exercises for the legs, a little running and core stability. Put on a sporty outfit and bring a water bottle and towel.

Thursday 10 and 24 april Cycling training: 18:00 – 19:30, from 17:50 at the entrance of X
Bicycle training in the Delft area with a focus on technique, sprint- and stamina. Racing bike and helmet are mandatory.

Friday 11 and 25 april Inline skating training, 18:30 – 20:00, at the inline skating rink in Nootdorp.
Inline skating training on the rink in Nootdorp for all levels. Rollerblades and helmet are mandatory. Get there a little early (around 18:15), as this let's you have some time to put on your skates.

Our training sessions are open to everyone during these two weeks: April 7–11 and April 21–25. An overview of these sessions is provided below.

Tuesday, April 8 and 22 Dryland Training, 18:30 – 20:00, next to the beach volleyball courts at X.
During dryland training, we simulate skating on dry ground. The session includes plenty of balance, technique, and strength exercises for the legs, along with some running and core stability training. Wear a sporty outfit and bring a water bottle and a towel!

Tuesday 10 and 24 april Cycling Training: 18:00 – 19:30, meeting point at the entrance of X. Be there a few minutes in advance.
This training takes place in the Delft area and focuses on technique, sprinting, and endurance. A racing bike and helmet are mandatory.

Friday 11 and 25 april Inline-skating training, 18:30 – 20:00, at the Inline skating track in notedorp.
Training on the track in Nootdorp for all skill levels. Inline skates and a helmet are mandatory. Please arrive a bit earlier (around 18:15) so you have time to put on your skates.
