This year there will be an extra work campaign to build the balloon hall. On Thursdays 31 October of 17:00-19:00 zullen er voorbereidende werkzaamheden worden gedaan voor het opbouwen op vrijdag. Als je hieraan meehelpt verdien je voor ELS € 15,- per gewerkt uur.
Below is some important information about the work campaign:
- The work is very physical in nature. Think about carrying, lashing and the like.
- Aanvang voor de leden is 16.45 hour (verzamelen en aanmelden)
- All volunteers report to contact person X at the start of the shift.
- Work will start at 17.00 uur en duren totdat de contactpersoon X aangeeft dat de werkzaamheden zijn afgerond. Verwachte eindtijd is gesteld op 19:00 hour.
- Association members wear sturdy footwear, wear long jeans and receive gloves from X TU Delft.
- In bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rain, work must be postponed/rescheduled. Contact person X will discuss this with the association contact person as soon as possible, so that the association can make the contribution at another time.
- Vrijwilligers melden zich na afloop af bij de contactpersoon van X van die dag. Based on this, the contribution the association can invoice is calculated on a subsequent basis
