This year there will be an extra work campaign to build the balloon hall. On Thursdays 31 October of 17:00-19:00 Preparatory work will be done for construction on Friday. If you help with this, you will earn € ELS 15,- per hour worked.
Below is some important information about the work campaign:
- The work is very physical in nature. Think about carrying, lashing and the like.
- Start time for members 16.45 hour (collect and register)
- All volunteers report to contact person X at the start of the shift.
- Work will start at 17.00 hours and last until contact person X indicates that the work has been completed. Expected end time is set at 19:00 hour.
- Association members wear sturdy footwear, wear long jeans and receive gloves from X TU Delft.
- In bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rain, work must be postponed/rescheduled. Contact person X will discuss this with the association contact person as soon as possible, so that the association can make the contribution at another time.
- Afterwards, volunteers report to the contact person of X for that day. Based on this, the contribution the association can invoice is calculated on a subsequent basis
