In the autumn we made good money with ELS because 10 members helped build it! The completion is a big job and we need a lot of people to complete this job in half a day. This year it's over Mondays 25 March. Come and help because it is a lot of fun and ELS is also given a helping hand!
ELS will also participate in this, ELS receives this 15 euros per person per hour worked. So we are looking for 10 ELS members who want to do something good for the association. it promises to be a pleasant evening together and food is included!
Below is some important information about the work campaign:
- The work is physical. Think about carrying, lashing and the like.
- Members are offered a free meal. Start before the meal 17.15 hour.
- Start for the members who not eating along is 17.45 hour.
- All volunteers report to contact person X at the start of the shift. Afterwards, all members sign out again. Based on this, the contribution the association can invoice is calculated on a subsequent basis.
- Work will start at 18.00 hours and last until the balloon hall is ready and contact person X indicates that the work has been completed. Maximum end time is set at 23.30 hour.
- Association members wear sturdy footwear, wear long jeans and receive gloves from X TU Delft.
- In bad weather such as strong winds or heavy rain, work must be postponed/rescheduled. Contact person X will discuss this with the association contact person as soon as possible, so that the association can make the contribution at another time.
