Hello dear members,
On 3 March 2024 08:30 the time has come, the Leiden winter triathlon is about to start! A winter triathlon in the area once, how cool is that. ZVL-1886 and IJVL have worked together to ensure that we can practice three sports in one day. As an ELS member, we do both skating during training, running and cycling. The winter triathlon is therefore the ideal way to show that we excel in all these sports :).
There is a choice between them at the event 2 the distance:
‘Middenafstand wintertriathlon’
Distance: 5km running – 25km cycling – 10km skating
costs: €40
'Long distance winter triathlon’
Distance: 10km running – 50km cycling – 20km skating
costs: €50
'Volunteers’
The winter triathlon cannot take place without volunteers! When volunteering, you should think about standing at a quiet traffic intersection so that no other traffic can pass through. Would you like to (together with someone) to volunteer? Then register as a volunteer below and let Jennifer know who you would like to volunteer with!
