on Wednesday evening 22 September, the SwapELS GMM will take place in the rear tower of the monumental Kruithuis in Delft (Schiekade 2). The invitation for this has already been sent by email.
During the SwapELS-GM, the 22nd board will be discharged after a good year and then possibly install a new board. The policy plans and budgets of the board and KB are also discussed and all committee changes are made official with a hammer blow and crowned with a shot of ELS bitter. In short, you want to be there!
Due to the capacity of the room, can only be there unfortunately 35 people are physically present in the watchtower. We expect this to be enough, but to make sure everyone can follow the GV, we would like to know how many people will be present. So sign up below. If the hall capacity is exceeded, a livestream will be set up, this one will then. be communicated to the relevant persons.
