Have you been skating for years and do you want to get much better or would you rather go Ice Skating? Everything is possible at ELS. Els has members who have been skating and having serious competitions for years, But also every year new members who bind the irons for the first time and learn to skate together for the first time.
In addition to skating, Els can also be cycled and scaled in the summer, and dried train throughout the year (running, core, weight training). So we are not only active in the winter, but also when the ice has melted and the sun is shining. Outside the training sessions there are also plenty of opportunities to relax, Such as with our biweekly drinks or the nibbles & chatELS.
We are now at the end of the skating season, But you would like to get acquainted with our association or the skating sport? Which can! In the week of 17 until 21 February we have an open training week, You don't have to register for this. You can (free!) participate in the following training sessions:
Tuesday 18 February, dry training
Here we practice skating technology and we work on fitness and core, But then on dry.

Wednesday 19 February, skating training
We leave by bike from the police station at the Jacoba van Beierenlaan collect at 21:00, but make sure you are there a little earlier, (gather from 20:45).
