Are you interested in skating or have you already skated and are you looking for an association during your student days? Come and see us! The summer training sessions will soon be open to everyone for two weeks!
At the beginning of October there are again two introduction weeks in which you can try out skating, so keep an eye on the site!
Or are you already a member and do you want to introduce others to ELS? Then invite them to the intro training!
The intro training sessions are on the following days:
Tuesday 5 and 12 september
Droogtraining (bootcamp), 18:30 – 20:00,
5 September at the X basketball courts.
12 September we train here, in the Delft Wood, there will be a BBQ after training!
With the `droogtraining' we try to mimic skating on dry land. Lots of balance, technique- and strength exercises for the legs, a little running and core stability. Put on a sporty outfit and bring a water bottle and towel.
Thursday 7 and 14 september
Cycling training, 18:00 – 20:00, collect at 17:45 at the entrance of X
Bicycle training in the Delft area with a focus on technique, sprint- and stamina. Racing bike and helmet are mandatory.
Friday 8 and 15 september
Inline skating training, 18:30 – 20:00, at the inline skating rink in Nootdorp.
Inline skating training on the rink in Nootdorp for all levels. Rollerblades and helmet are mandatory. Get there a little early (around 18:15), as this let's you have some time to put on your skates.
