Are you interested in skating or have you already skated and are you looking for an association during your student days? Come and see us! Soon the training sessions will be open to everyone for two weeks!

Or are you already a member and do you want to introduce others to ELS? Then invite them to the intro training!

Updates about the trainings will be posted here on the site, latest at 16:00 training will be cancelled. So keep an eye on the site before you come.

The intro training sessions are on the following days:

Tuesday 2 and 9 May Droogtraining (bootcamp) 18:30 – 20:00, at the X basketball courts.

With the `droogtraining' we try to mimic skating on dry land. Lots of balance, technique- and strength exercises for the legs, a little running and core stability. Put on a sporty outfit and bring a water bottle and towel.

KnabbELS & SabBELS and Green Festival!

After drying training 9 May you can enjoy a nice meal at X during the KnabbELS & Sabbels. After that you can immediately continue with all ELS people to the STECK for the Groenfeest. Give you here up if you want to join us for dinner!

 

 

 

 

Thursday 4 May Cycling training 18:00 – 19:30, collect at 17:45 at the entrance of X.

Bicycle training in the Delft area with a focus on technique, sprint- and stamina. Racing bike and helmet are mandatory.

 

 

 

Friday 5 and 12 May Inline skating training 18:30 – 20:00, at the inline skating rink in Nootdorp.

Rollerblades and helmet are mandatory, hand or wrist guards are recommended.
