Winter training

Intro­­trainings

Are you interested in skating or have you already skated and are you looking for an association during your student days? Come and see us! From 6 t/m 16 September the training sessions are open to everyone!

The intro training sessions are on the following days:

Droogtraining (bootcamp):

Tuesday evening 6 and 13 September from 18:30 until 20.00 on this Location (Sports Center – X TU Delft).

This is a skate specific training full of jumps, running, squats and exercises with elastic bands. This is how you work on your strength, technique and condition at the same time! Put on your running shoes and bring a water bottle!

Cycling training:

Thursday evening 8 and 15 September collecting from 18.15 and leave at 18.30 from this Location (Sports Center – X TU Delft).

This workout is used for many different types of cycling workouts (interval-, technique-, speed, or endurace trainings), but there is also practice to ride in groups.

Inline skating training:

Friday evening 9 and 16 September from 18.30 until 20.00 on this Location (On the inline skating rink in Nootdorp (near the windmill)).

In the summer season, inline skating training is organized, where the training is focused on technique. This is all in preparation for the ice, so that we can shine on it. In addition, it also serves as an excellent strength training. Wearing a helmet is mandatory.
