Drying training (Tuesday 18:30-20:00)
  • The dry training will continue in the same way as last weeks, only now in groups of a maximum of two participants and one 'Trainer'.
  • We have additional locations added to still have a place for everyone to work out.
  • So it remains important to register via this link.
  • In front of, during and after training you keep each other 1.5 meters away.
Ice skating (Wednesday and Friday 7.30 – 8.45)
  • To start with good news, de Uithof remains open and we can keep skating! This will still remain in the morning hours.
  • The CTB on arrival remains mandatory.
  • Training is only possible in groups of 2 people.
  • In front of, during and after training you keep one and a half meters away.
  • Before and after training it is mandatory to wear a mouth cap.
Cycling to the Uithof
  • We can no longer gather at the pit stop to cycle from there to the Uithof in a large group. We can still cycle in pairs. So find a buddy to cycle to the Uithof with the two of you. Do you have no one to cycle with?, please send a message to the board so we can connect people together.

  • Unfortunately, these can be up to 14 January canceled šŸ™
